FREE Shipping valid only for Economy Ground Shipping and Limited to Lower 48 U.S. States orders only. Balloon Pieces ships items by weight. You will be given all available shipping methods and costs prior to checkout. Your costs for shipping are based on the weight of your products, and your zip code. Orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the next,providing credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize and it is not a holiday.

Shipping costs will be given to you before you finalize your order. If you wish, you can go back and change shipping methods to see the difference in price before submitting your order. If an item is oversized, your order may be subject to additional shipping charges, based on the dimensional weight of the package. If your order is not deliverable to the address provided or if it is refused, you will be responsible for any shipping costs charged by the carrier to send it back to us. Returns & Replacements
Balloon Pieces allows returns up to 15 days from the original purchase date. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED, ONLY MERCHANDISE COSTS. Orders that received free shipping are may be subject to a 'shipping charge' deduction from their refund which will equal the cost of our original shipping. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Returned items must still be in the new condition, and remain in their original packaging. Any signs of use or damage to the item will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items include:

- Helium Tanks
- Oversized Items
- Bulk Products
- Special Orders
- Balloon Weights
- Sale and clearance items

We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.We generally process returns within 14 days of receiving the product. However it may take up to 30 days to complete the process during peak times.

Please note: Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'll post any changes made to costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we find out about them.
